“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly excellent — warm, welcoming, and personal. Christina, the owner, was absolutely lovely. She spoke to us like old friends, and her kindness really made our experience special. The room was clean and cozy, and overall we felt very comfortable during our stay. The only small suggestions we have would be to add a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes, a small table or shelf for toiletries, and maybe a couple more wall...

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
