“Easy, friendly check in. Really nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Very nice place to stay and would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“No breakfast, but they charged an EXTRA "Resort Fee" of $15 per day and there was nothing that would classify as a resort except an unheated pool! This fee was charged in addition to what Expedia charged. Furthermore, they put a $100 hold on my credit card that is still there after 6 days!”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
