“This is not the Waldorf Astoria. But it's a good place that was clean and we'll staffed. The pool, while not huge was clean and enjoyable. The view from the back is fantastic with a great look down the cut to the sound. It's a reasonable walk to the beach and not too far to the main Atlantic Beach Oceanfront (aka "The Triangle"). For the price, we were very pleased with the amenities. The only warning is that parking can be a bit snug, especially if you're driving a full size truck. And only...

“Check in by fair was the easiest I’ve ever had to do. Quick and front desk staff was extremely nice. Property is cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed at and they offer bikes and beach carts to go directly across the street to the sand. If you’re lucky enough to get a room facing the bay you’ll see a beautiful golf course. Pool is great size and the loungers were great. Our kids loved the hanging chairs in the lobby. “Beautiful location and steps to both the beach and the pool. The condo was very comfortable, although some of the furnishings are beginning to show a little wear. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee (great Ninja coffee maker!).”
