“My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.”

All'arrivo (mezzanotte e mezzo ora locale, distrutto dal jet lag), non riuscivano a farmi il check-in perché non avevo una ID Card americana: ho dovuto insistere e ricordare che avevo già pagato il soggiorno per riuscire a farmi dare, dopo 15 minuti, la chiave...
Poi, mi viene detto che per i 5 giorni del mio soggiorno non verrà assolutamente fatto nulla in camera: passi per gli asciugamani, il cui cambio quotidiano è un'offesa...
