“We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep. “I have traveled enough around the US and the world, but I have never experienced a hotel with walls this thin. Staying in Room 103, I could clearly hear every word of conversation and the television from the next room all night. When I talked to the front desk at 3:00 AM, the staff member simply replied, “The only thing we can do is just let them know.” The neighboring TV stayed on loudly until 8:00 AM, making sleep completely impossible. Poor soundproofing combined with unhelpful night staff...
