“1. l'albergo applica una procedura di pulizia di camera ogni 3 giorni!! non credo sia accettabile per la tariffa pagata! 2. all'arrivo c'era lo scarico del water che non andava. Abbiamo alzato il coperchio del water per fare andare lo scarico manualmente. 3. il pavimento all'entrata della camera cosi come il corridoio davanti alla camera erano bagnati. non so se si tratta di una perdita dell'acque condizionata.”

The breakfast was great and the chocolate chip cookie was delicious! The staff heated our cookies up...they went above and beyond my entire stay.
