“The view from the apartment is nice and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well situated for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had it been warmer, we would have used the kayaks and bikes. Communication was timely and clear. “Clean, but very low frills facility. Mattresses were very soft and unsupporting causing back aches. Breakfast offerings consisted mostly of toast, bran cereal, juice, and coffee. The neighborhood has alot of homeless people around it. The motel provided less than I had hoped for. Air conditioning worked great though.”
