“Old hotel; made me sign a pet damages waiver even though I had no pets; the sofa in the room was already badly damaged by a cat; I went to the office in the morning to make sure that they didn’t charge me for the damages. “The front desk clerk on day shift was super helpful and friendly. She recommended restaurants and things to do on the island. Night shift clerk wasn't nearly as friendly. There is very little parking at the hotel and it is tight, not good for big vehicles. Most parking is one street over in the overflow lots. The cleaning staff woke us up well before 8 am talking extremely loud in the hallway repeatedly, not just once. At home we get up early and prefer to be able to sleep in on vacay. ...

“The light right outside our window was so bright all night. Only shades on the tiny window. No curtains. The air conditioning unit in the room throughout the night sounded like an airplane landing nearby. ”

“The Inn is quite lovely. The architecture and layout of the buildings is ideal for each room. Every room has a view. The room design and furniture are very pleasing. We enjoyed everything on the property including the restaurant and lodge. We plan to return next year when the camellias are in full bloom.”

“This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime.”
