“The property was clean, the room was clean and well supplied with towels, soap. It looked like it had daily maid service. The hallways, stairs smelled like disinfectant and the door to the 3rd floor (where I was staying) didn't have a door knob but was replaced with a screwed in handle. When I checked in, the day attendent said that I had booked a handicapped room and helped me change over to a regular room, which was helpful. I had booked the room on Expedia so no $ charge adjustment was...

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...
