“The accommodation was great, however the coffee kettle was dirty with coffee residue when I arrived and I couldn't make my coffee.”

“Place was clean and simple. We were there to go to The Ark, and it was very close and convenient. Staff was nice. Wish coffee & breakfast was a bit better, but overall it’s a good place for a budget. Would stay there again.”

“Shelby was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with ants because we had our dog’s food dish with uneaten dogfood in it. Shelby took care of that issue promptly. I only mention this so that others don’t leave any kind of food out. ”

“This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! ”

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. “We ended up turning tail and leaving before our sty. The entire place looked manky and deserted; couldn't even locate an office. In the middle of nowhere; the advertised cafe was closed and for sale. We are two older ladies traveling alone and were afraid to stay there.”

The only issue was that the cleanliness of the room was abysmal; there were socks, toys, and clothes hangers lying around, and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty—full of hair and crumpled papers. The sofas had stains and cookie crumbs on them, and the heavy bedsheet also looked used—as if it hadn't been changed.”

“Only stayed over night, but the hotel has everything you could want. Restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours and for a few you can park your car there while you travel for a few.”

“I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building.
