“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “Horrible experience staying here. Bad management Thr pregnant desk cleark was rude and a bully acted like I was a inconvience, I was interrupting her fried rice. Threatened me to go across the street. This is a motell for homeless people. Breakfast was run dry by 7:00 am. And not replenished. “Tru is a new basic Hilton in a great location in Manchester, walkable to the main streets there on the river, across street from Cotton Restaurant, and walking distance to event centers. They also have a Common Man restaurant on the property, as well as coffee cafe for mornings. Parking was easy, safe, well-lit. Property is simple but efficient and cost-effective; we noticed families there, but was not noisy, etc.”

“Check-in was not easy. We got locked out of the building twice because we never got a code. Once the staff knew what happened they were very responsive.”

“The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom- no safety rails in the shower,very awkward positioning of the toilet paper holder over one's left shoulder, and one must step up into both the bathroom and the very small shower without any handles to hold on to. This is a very old inn and the wood floors are uneven . In my opinion, room #1 is not suitable for senior citizens.”

“While the owners are lovely people and their restaurant wonderful, our accommodations were not really clean. The ceiling plaster was falling. Some of the areas were not dusted for a while, our bathroom mirror still had splash marks from the previous guest, and the carpets were not vacuumed. This place really has great potential with upgrades and cleaning. These are constructive criticisms to help.”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr alt, die Dusche in katastrophalem Zustand und dazu die Zimmer & auch allgemein alles nicht sauber. Wir hatten uns ein zweites Zimmer zeigen lassen, auch nicht sauber. Habe dann einen Staubsauger für unser Zimmer zum selber reinigen bekommen, da kein Housekeeping mehr vor Ort, selbst dieser war dreckig & hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, also kein Wunder warum die Zimmer so aussehen. Frühstück wurde auch mit alten Bageln & Obst serviert. Eine Unterkunft die man nicht buchen...
