“Everything the exceptionally good, from the front desk, to the bar staff. No one under 21 made it even better, no kids running down the halls or jumping on the beds. Definitely will stay there again on our next trip to SPI.”

“The hotel is in a great location, convenient for getting around and reaching the main attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was overall adequate, although the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still manageable. The only downside, not directly related to the hotel, is that the street in front of the hotel and the surrounding area were under complete renovation. As a result, there was an active construction site, and from the early morning hours...

“I was charged a mandatory “cleaning” fee upon arrival which was not disclosed through Expedia. I was forced to pay 106 (supposedly was discounted from 160) to access my room and check in. I had a terrible process checking in over the phone it took about 40 minutes. I was tired from flying to the hotel and the staff was unable to assist me (not their fault at all) as I have to call to check in. I tried to call the hotel early to ask if I could check in early, only to find out they do not get...
