“Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too.”

“The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we...

“The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.”

“We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles....

“Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging. Overall it was a good value for the price.”

“It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

“Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine.”

“The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. ”

“Bathroom inside is super small and not much privacy as you can hear everything and the ac unit I think is in need of replacing as it didn't cool down in there very well. No running water in the cabin. ”
