“Very nice clean room and we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner the night before our flight”

“The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The property does have some overall maintenance that needs to be done, but it doesnt interfere with the stay.”

“No biscuits to go with the gravy, nobody around to make more coffee. Could not get the Wi-Fi to work. Had to go down to the desk to get clean towels because they never cleaned our room.”

“Room was not clean, beds unmade, half empty water bottles on desk...front desk attendant said she didn't know about that bc she didn't handle housekeeping.”

“Good”

“TV remote in the room did not work; someone came up to fix it - promised to return and never did.”

“Hotel was dirty and roaches crawling all over. Staff was kind however, this ended up costing me more money and looking for a room somewhere else late in the evening.”

“Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights, but this was a wonderful hotel in a superb location, next to a very charming arcade. The rooms were absolutely excellent. The staff service, in particular from Jennifer, was really wonderful, and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. The meal and drink in the restaurant in the evening were astonishingly good, coming from a small hotel.”

“This was a very horrible place to stay. It was filthy and unkempt, staff was unhelpful, unconcerned. There was no housekeeping, no one to clean your room, no fresh linens, towels. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.....if ever it comes across your plans as somewhere to stay......RUN”

“Staff was all nice and friendly, Room was clean enough, shower didn't drain very well, think it could have been clogged and we got the same feedback from some friends that also stayed there.”
