“we did not receive room clean for two of the days we were there disappointed with the. the food was good and coffee. the hot tub was nice temp but poor condition,pool cold.it deserve a 2 star”

“Quick and easy check in, room was wheelchair accessible as needed, ac worked great. Being part of the Wyndham hotels, this one needs lots of tlc. Worked great for one night”

“Great location in Pearland. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Competitively priced.”

“Nice price and location in Alvin TX on the bypass. AC didn't do much for the Gulf Coast humidity, which wasn't that high on that date. I looked at the Continental breakfast and went to Whataburger instead.”

“Hotel makes a nice first impression upon entrance, but it and the rooms needs air freshener. The breakfast is st best mediocre. It has just enough variety to enable the hotel to trithfully advertise a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but rust stains around the tub were unsightly. For the money though it is a good value. ”

“For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again. ”

“Property was very nice and clean. The only suggestions I have would be to not make the bathroom fan connected to the light. It’s awful for someone with sound sensitivities to have to run the fan anytime the bathroom light is on. Also we were 2 rooms down from the elevator and could hear the ding of the elevator clearly all night long. The walls must be thin or the bell loud.”

“There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much”

“The shower was disgusting. I took a picture of it and showed it to the manager (he said that his name was Alexis, but he didn’t have on a name tag, so I am not sure that was his name). I told him that it looks like mold, he was more concerned with trying to defend that it wasn’t mold. It looked like mold to me and I have the pic to prove it. If it wasn’t mold, it should never have gotten dirty enough to look like mold”

“The room had roaches crawling all over. The trash can outside by the dog relief station was frequently full not emptied. Baggies not available for dog poop pickup in the relief area. ”
