“The room was great and the staff were pleasant. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was fine but not anything memorable. Lots of road noise and a regular train can be heard from the room.”

“Newish hotel that has been well maintained! Room was sparkling and clean. Hallways were immaculate. This may be one of the nicest more budget-friendly hotels I've stayed at in Johnson City. I definitely will be returning!”

“Very pleasant stay. Quiet while fully occupied. Staff very helpful when asked for extra sheets. Breakfast was good but as in many places I have visited pretty bland but still good enough to get your day started. Would stay here again.”

“Between the broken AC, unbearable heat, being repeatedly told there were supposedly no other rooms available, the lack of effort from the front desk, feeling discriminated against, and finding a cockroach larva, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.”

“The room smelled musty, there were dirty towels still wet in the bathroom. And even the toilet was dirty. We were booked for five nights only stayed the one night because we were completely exhausted after driving 14 hours and we just couldn’t go any farther. We left the next morning. I must say the young man at the front desk was very nice replaced the towels and was apologetic but could only offer a business card to the owner to get our refund for the remaining days. And it still cost us...
