“Upon check-out this morning I was informed that 3 other guests also complained about the dire conditions… My room had a damp feeling - took forever to feel dry after a shower, the floor felt tacky/dirty and was slippery, and who knows what was sprayed all over the headboard. Sad and grimy. No housekeeping - even when I requested it - so ran out of towels. The halls were never cleaned either. I never saw any evidence of an available breakfast and the bar was unmanned and so looked closed all the...

“The room had mold on the sheets, bed headboard, mattress box spring and the lamp. The room smelled of bleach. Absolutely would not stay here again. We were in the room for 5 minutes and immediately checked out. We were told we'd have to contact Expedia for the full refund. I have pictures to prove if needed.”

“There was a huge gap underneath the door, the check in area was very tiny and nowhere near as nice as pictured online. I stayed in the room maybe an hour, left and checked in at another hotel. Best way to describe this one is a motel, definitely not a hotel. I could literally hear flip flops outside, babies crying and the door only had a tiny deadbolt lock with doors that opened to the outside. I messaged them later asking for a refund and the only reply I got was asking if I said anything...

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
