“The floor in our room was sticky and we could wipe dirt off of it. The fridge in our room was broken. We asked hotel staff if they could fix it or get us a new one. They said they would see what they could do and never did anything. This was frustrating as our son has special food that needs to be refrigerated.”

“elevator was a scary experience, nervous laughter every time it shook and bounced up and down, wifi in the room for streaming was spotty and went off several times, room was ok but the mattress and pillows need an upgrade, not very comfortable, and the whole property needs a renovation badly.”

“The room was large with a king bed and a couch that opened to a full-sized bed. The room had a desk that did not have a lamp which made it very difficult to do do reading/writing activities. We had to ask the front desk for a lamp. The bathroom was large with a glass door shower. Wasted space. The closet was the usual but there where only three metal baskets for clothing for a room for 4. Need more drawer space. The king sized bed had a very hard mattress and extremely soft pillows.
