“We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. ”

“We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.”

“The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful area with beatiful view..BUT the service could have been better it did not align. I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate. ”
