“The property was fine for one night. We did find it strange that they required a $100 CASH ONLY deposit and could not provide us a receipt for the deposit, nor for our stay. We did get the deposit back, however it was not automatically returned. We had to ask for it back and they actually questioned if we had even left the required $100 cash deposit. Apparently there is a book to sign when giving the deposit, it was never presented to us at check in. Be prepared for this, as many people do...
