“One word.. exceptional”

“A/C broke and room was very hot. Also had hair in the shower at check- in. But the pool was nice and food at the bar was delicious. Was a great experience once but not worth the money in my opinion.”

Took over an hour outside to get the clear to go back to our rooms. However, the fire doors were locked shut, the one overwhelmed employee didn’t have a clue. Now my stuff is locked in a room. “Very clean room. Get a 6 floor room facing the pool and the balcony has pool access with fire pits”

“Bar and food service was unavailable and staff gave conflicting reasons as to why. Staff seemed to be doing best they could with a bad situation. Also elevator was clearly not functioning well. I noticed myself and I also had conversations with other guests who noticed. One guest even went as far as to describe there elevator experience as "getting stuck".
