“The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville.”

“Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. “They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor.
