“This is a solid hotel in a great location on the Coralville Strip. The breakfasts are pretty comparable to those at other hotels. It has a small, but serviceable pool, and the rooms are quiet. My only issue is that there could be some updating done, but other than that, I would happily book another stay there! ”

“We reserved a suite to sleep our party comfortably, all amenities needed were in the room. Plenty of luggage carts a key item we look for at all stays.”

“Comfortable bed, it was nice having a room walk out to the pool. The food was good! They need to explain at checking how order food works, need to explain the tools of pool and hot tub at check in. We wanted to sit in the hot tub with out kids for 10 min before getting out and going to bed and a worker stopped us said no kids. We had been there all day from 3 pm and seen kids going back and forth all day nothing said then we go to use it and told no... my daughter started balling and not the way...

“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”

“Very noisy HVAC”

“Would be nice to have more furniture on outside patio. Bar was not open. Receptionist could sell drinks. Night shift receptionist was not very freindly!”

“I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...
