“I thought the cabins were cute and liked being away from the other guests. And the stream nearby was nice.”

“The Expedition Lodge is very quirky and different, but in a good way! Definitely not a cookie cutter chain hotel...and you should like stairs, lol. The lodge seems to be built on a hill and there are several short sets of stairs in all directions from the lobby. There is an elevator that will bring you to some of the rooms, though. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, and provided suggestions on our RMNP itinerary. The lodge had THE MOST unique breakfast I've ever experienced where...

“We loved everything about our stay except for the breakfast. Very much below average. Minimal options and still ran out of items prior to the end of breakfast time. A little effort could improve the overall quality.”

“We loved staying at Streamside on Fall River! The cabin was quaint and well equipped. It was also near the Fall River which we could hear right behind the cabin. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and made us feel totally welcomed. There’s a free shuttle that takes you in Estes Park and it was amazingly easy and convenient. We’ll be back for sure and we highly recommend this place! ”

“Peaceful, was all I was looking for on our 44th Anniversary. Love staying by a creek or river. Grew up in RMNP during the summers thru the 60's. Kitchen could use updated cooking pots, pans etc.”

“Easy parking. Front desk accommodated me and checked me in 2 hours early when asked. Gave me extra toiletries when asked. Feels safe. Room is clean. Can’t complain.”
