“We were an hour early due to a schedule change that was out of our control. The lady at front desk helped us get into our room so we could make our event. She did not have to do that, and she went out of her way to help us. I really appreciated it.”

“The first room had a broken window, broken lock on the door ,ripped curtains, dirtycoffee pot - I asked to change rooms and there wasn’t any so we kept the luggage rack in front of the room door to sleep. The second room , the following day was dirty , stains on the box spring, toe nail clippings on the floor dirt and cereal in the drawers. Really unacceptable”
