“The pool wasn’t heated and our room wasn’t cleaned after asking that the room be cleaned. Had to ask for coffee to be replenished.”

We were placed on the second floor with tons of luggage and was told we had to move back down to the first floor for a room with a working fridge. There were no elevators and I’m an elder so it was very much draining! We moved all of our luggage just to get in the room and realize that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud. “It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. There were smoke detectors cherping due to dead/dying batteries all in the first floor. One room could clearly smell was smoking. The hot/cold didn't match the faucets or sides in any of the spots in the room. There were taped...

“I booked a reservation for my granddaughter who was traveling from Alaska with two small children and when she got there they said the reservation was canceled with no explanation and she had to take an Uber to some place where they were available. she says the place was horrible. the staff was horrible. it was dirty and all kinds of riff Raff all around there. she said she would never have stayed there. anyway, please do not go there and by the way they charged me for her stay when she didn't...

“The hotel was dirty and the hotel as a whole was extremely runned down. Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.”

“The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again.
