“Terrific hotel in every way and we are planning to return soon as possible, even though we live 3-1/2 hrs away and don't need to be there! (Skaneateles is a beautiful village a few minutes from the hotel.) Immaculate property in and out. Great pools - indoor and outdoor. The two very large hot tubs are covered by the new restaurant deck above, making them useable in any weather. “I got “insurance”on my visit. They did not honor it and I was charged for two nights and didn’t stay for either. Do not stay here or use Expedia for planning a trip.”

“I arrived and was told they had an airport shuttle so I scheduled a ride. I double checked before going to bed and in the morning at 4:25am was told they don’t have a shuttle and whoever I spoke to was incorrect. I had to scramble and pay for an uber. If you want budget friendly this is nice but definitely don’t recommend and won’t be staying again”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!”

“It was ok location and price decent but not clean loved the room layout but did not like the hair everywhere glad it was only to sleep during traveling”

“The staff were very helpful. My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…”
