“Staff was great. Only downfall was no tv reception for the first 2 hours after my check in. Front desk said it was because it was raining hard. Once the rain stopped, I got reception. Tried to take a bath while I was waiting for the tv to work and only had lukewarm water. Was disappointed.”

Experience a little affected by one side of the elevators being out, combined with a flock of traveling kid baseball teams, so we ended up skipping any kick back. 20 minutes from down town.”

“Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. ”

“The room had an odor that was unpleasant. When we got to the room the air conditioner was set at 60 degrees, it was freezing in there. There was a noxious odor coming from the a/c unit; turned the heat on to warm the room and the odor was worse. The drain in the bath was very slow to drain. There was a security light that came on about 10:00 pm and it provided more light than was expected. There was broken glass on the carpet, made me curious as to how clean the room actually was. “We recently stayed here while visiting family in Iowa. Overall, it was a decent experience with both positives and negatives. We specifically booked a poolside room, expecting easy access to the pool area. While our room technically overlooked the pool, it was located upstairs and around the corner, which wasn’t quite what we had in mind when booking “poolside.” The indoor water park was definitely the highlight of our stay. “Ok for one night…would not stay again. Stains on the blankets, micro pillows and you better be below average size to fit in the bathroom. Nothing as advertised. The halls were dark and musty smelling…I couldn’t imagine having a conference here.”

“The reviews that complained about this place must have been nothing but straight up haters! My first "outing" after cancer treatment and the hotel was amazing... the front desk were courteous and house keeping even was nice to my grand son that came with wife and I. If there was a complaint , it would be ppl that had no business parking in handicap parking were parked in assigned spots most of weekend...management should check that occasionally as sometimes it was hard for me to get though...
