“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“This (Hotel) was more like a Motel. Downstairs tools had outdoor doors. Upstairs ( our room) we had to go back outside and walk up a stairs , open a door go don a hallway with worn , dirty carpet, ceiling big patches as if rain had wet it at o e stage. Our room smelled , tried to clear it w A/C ,sheet on bed , soiled .I saw housekeeping cart , went down and wanted to get new sheet. But. a white towel w black stain hanging over it ( like a spill had been cleaned w it) So , we decided we could...

“The room was very clean but the bed was old you could feel the springs through the mattress. The breakfast was over too early.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Place was fine to stay in a beautiful area. Windows do not lock and little privacy. Hopefully your neighbors arent on a drug induced intercourse binge like mine were or you will hear and experience it all.”

“I loved my stay at this hotel. The daily breakfast offered tasty options such as egg whites and cheese on an English muffin. I stayed in a suite with a kitchen and it was so easy to make quick meals. It was especially helpful to have the supermarket within walking distance. I made use of the laundry room and took advantage of the indoor pool. All great amenties that have me looking forward to my next stay.”

“Brutto vecchio e sporco.”

“It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.”

“I loved the property. It was a cozy, comfortable place to stay. Very private and peaceful”

“Great location for our trip to Manhattan and graduation at Tappan Zee high school for our niece. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk down to Main Street and have breakfast at the Art Cafe and go shopping. Mark and Jill were great hosts! Their hospitality has been the best we have ever had at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.”
