“Only front door entrance was very inconvenient. Side doors should be accessible with room key. My shower water would not shut all the way off. Hotel staff is way too loud and active early in the morning. Elevators were not working consistently and access to the other elevator was very inconvenient. My room key was not working properly and took several minutes to enter my room”

“The listing for this hotel gives the impression that it is nicer than it is. It met our basic needs and that’s about it. We tried the hot tub but the jets weren’t working. The property was clean but smelled strongly of cleaner as if it was covering up something. The parking was not gated and there was a large homeless encampment just around the corner. We felt safe inside the property but we weren’t so comfortable about our car in the lot. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.”
