“Perfect place to stay for a little sister weekend trip to Omaha!”

The road for the hotel was partially closed so getting to the parking garage while dragging luggage through downtown was a big pain. After managing traffic and closures from hotel to garage (15 minutes +), I had to walk a couple blocks, cross at a clearing, and walk back a couple of blocks with a heavy back-pack and suitcase. “The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. People came in way after us and were checked in instantly but we waited for almost 2hours. The initial reception that received us...

“Great hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff extremely nice and friendly checking in. Rooms were nice and there is a variety of food for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.”

“I stay at this hotel every year for the Berkshire meeting. It's clean, predictable and the staff has always been great. Breakfast is not included so beware of that detail. There is a great breakfast place caddy-corner to the hotel called Lula-B's which has great options and prices. The downstairs restaurant in the hotel (Spencers) is fantastic. The gym is pretty good as far as hotel gyms go.”

“Nothing. My room smell mussy or smell like a wet dog some of furniture needed replace, one bar in tub almost slipped and fall. cups not in plastic and no plastic bag for ice bucket, only one ice machine, breakfast was all right if you like waffles or boiled eggs. needs to be up graded.”

“Room pretty clergy clean. The heating/air conditioning in her room was very noisy. Every time it turned on, it would wake us up.”

“Just keep looking. U truly get what u pay for! Several things broken..no stopper in tub to take a bath. I guess eating breakfast in the rm u pay for is a no no & the 6 month old carpet is a LIE!! My grandbabies came by to visit me so of course took off thr shoes & I had to clean & DISINFECT the black dirt off thr feet!!! Asked to be reimb ANYTHING from my 4 day stay & was told I was SOL so deal with it!”
