“Clean room and a noon checkout are all I needed. Shower was good and room was comfortable.”

“I do not recommend this property. Firstly, the first morning after I checked in the guy who was working was very rude because he was tired from working all night long. I had to ask for toilet paper and paper towels on multiple occasions because they did not have daily housekeeping. After the third day we had to change rooms because the refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and spoiled all of our food, and the AC in the room wouldn’t cool the room. “I love the Iowa House! I spent three days there in May and five days in August. The location is perfect--a 19th century house in a beautiful neighborhood 5 blocks away from Iowa State Main Campus on a quiet street. I went running each morning and felt very safe and energized by my surroundings. The rooms are clean and very well appointed.
