“Great pool & super friendly staff!”

“The room/amenities price value is excellent? The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“The rooms were clean but a little worn. They need to be updated with new furniture. The property was clean and properly maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.”

“Adore the staff so always a 10/10 for me but the property is showing it's age.”

“It was the worst experience I ever had visiting Ohio! They had dirty sheets on the bed and I asked for new sheets and he said I had to put the old ones outside so I wouldn’t be charged for them. And in the morning my daughter needed some clean towels and they wanted to charge us for the old towels if we didn’t give them the old ones. Just terrible and the manager wasn’t no help at all. Look for better”

“Hotel vecchio, arredi vecchi e sporchi. Colazione molto scarsa. Pulizie solo su richiesta e non comunicate al check in. Percezione di scarsa sicurezza all’interno della struttura ”

“Raccomandato al 100% davvero!!”

“Nice”

“Staff was friendly”

“I did not use the breakfast. Otherwise we will stay again”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
