“The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. . There was no marker on the road. The hotel was on so I missed it and had to turn around.. the doors to get into the hotel or not easily opened so it was difficult to bring my luggage. The pool and hot tub were not clean and the hot tub do not work very well. The Wi-Fi was horrible. Very bad connection.. The TV was not easy to operate and I could not connect to my pay channels. I would not stay here again.”

“The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The towel in my room tore apart after wetting it. I paid almost $400 for a room and was asked for another $50 deposit at check in. I reserved two rooms and were placed on seperate floors. Had to request a change.”

“Jacuzzi room was very clean and relaxing. Lots of clean linens and had a nice microwave and mini fridge. Very nice continental breakfast with many things to choose from.”
