“Wonderful hotel and perfect location!”

“The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK. ”

“When we booked we weren't sure what to expect since we had never been there before . It was close to where we were visiting and took a chance. It was a pleasant surprise on how perfect it was for our stay . The staff were multitaskers and couldn't be more friendly or professional. All I can say is if we come back we will stay here without thinking about it . I highly recommend it.”

“Basic stay - nothing fancy! ”

“My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance.”

“The room was clean enough. Though we found a stray candy gummy bear next to the bed, so attention to detail needs room for improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great mix of options. I would suggest a better variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices for those with allergens.”

“Breakfast menu was not quite as varied as other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at, but it was adequate. Glad to have non-dairy options for my coffee at breakfast (which seems to be rare for most hotel breakfasts) Room was clean. Decent shower and comfortable bed.”

“The room was clean, but the sheets were thin and gray and wrinkled. Breakfast is subpar, but the coffee is good. Staff - excellent. Parking is good. Location is good. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that.”

“Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.”

“It's a brand-new hotel. Everything is new and clean. Free parking lot. Standard continental breakfast.”
