“The spaces are small but they quite adequate for our needs. We prepared and brought meals that could be heated in the microwave and stored in the refrigerator. We had a lovely stay and attended the International Storytelling Festival!”

“We came down for the MLB speedway classic game at Bristol and needed a place to stay close by. This rental checked the boxes we were looking for. I’d call it a great value for what we got. Remote location that was quiet and ideal for getting some rest after a long day on the road and another long day at the ballpark. The unit was clean and the bathroom/shower house was immaculate. ”

“I could sit on the porch forever. There is a wonderful bubbling stream 10 yards in front of the tiny home which is nestled at the foot of a mountain ridge and surrounded by old growth trees. Nearby Erwin provides easy-to-get-to groceries and supplies as well as The Groovy Smoothie. Just 15 minutes across the North Carolina border you find Mars Hill which has some very nice restaurants. The tiny home was just as advertised. The host, Jennifer, made sure I was content throughout the stay.”

“Amazing secret tucked up in the mountain near Spivey with easy access to the NOLI. Enjoyed the Yala tent cabin design and the bathhouse. Will definitely be back when kayaking or instructing SWR. See ya on the River.”

“We had a great trip and our hosts definitely made the stay even better. We had everything we needed and the property was beautiful! If you want the cabin in the woods experience, this is it! You can leave your windows open and hear the running creek water. So peaceful! Plenty of places for our pups to enjoy around the property, including a great walking trail. ”
