“We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min. The staff was great, the night staff especially when kids were running the halls & knocking on doors they defused it very quickly. It was close to some shops & grocery stores. ”

“The Tory would clog everytime I used it I called ask for matinee was told there off on a Monday everything was bad the poll was not in service only book for that and the kids I called and asked about breakfast and was told that it’s over with couple mins left”
