“The location is fantastic and gave us a great view of the Lift Bridge and surrounding park area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food in the Tavern was solid and a nice surprise after cancelling other plans. I can see a return visit in the future.”

The front staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. I had a small appetizer at the bar that was delicious and served fast and presentable, bar staff was welcoming and polite! The rooftop hotel was a plus at the end of the night.”

“The room was very clean and quiet. The air conditioning was the most accurate I have ever heard in a hotel room. Consistently stayed at 70 and if it went up or down a degree the fan that came on was very quiet. There were no fancy bells or whistles but a clean comfortable room. Front desk wasn't very friendly but the gentleman who kept the breakfast area stocked and clean was very nice. Breakfast was just ok. Same things every morning but really good coffee. “This property is not for everybody. It was not a good choice for us. We will not choose this property again. The staff did the best they could, but the property is in really bad shape and not healthy. Especially for people with health conditions. We moved rooms 3 times and all 3 were not in good shape at all. I took a lot of photos between the 3 rooms we were offered, but I won't share them.”

I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....
