“There is no signage for you to be able to find your room. We got lost twice and had to call the front desk and he told me “just to come back to the front”. He showed me on a piece of paper how to get to my room when he should have at least offered someone to walk us, or partially walk us there. The key didn’t open the pool so someone already inside let us in, stating their keys didn’t work either. We watched 2 other groups of people walk around lost looking for their room as well. Needed a cot...

“The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard. Then, the hot tub malfunctioned and was also dirty. Never coming back ”

“I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

“This was our second and probably last stay here. When there is a wedding with a loud Dj, loud music and loud guests, regular visitors that are not guests of the wedding, should not be roomed above the reception room. Not only did we have that noise until 11pm, we were the room right next to the door to the parking ramp. The constant coming and going through this door was excessive and excessively loud. If that wasn't enough, we had the noise of vehicles that sounded like they were hot rodding...
