“The moment I walked into the room, it had a bad smell. The towels and sheets were clean, the mini fridge was layered in ice and not the cleanest. The was strange smudges on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet. The shower head was moldy and when opening the shower door, it squeaked very loud. There was a big gap at the bottom of the door to see light of the hallway and can hear people in the hallway walking by. The door lock looked very beat up and unsafe. “Nicely remodeled and upgraded rooms. Single level. Staff was helpful. Seemed like lots of rules about towels, etc. also, perhaps a little too much odor from heavy cleaners, like fabuloso or odor killing stuff. I don’t know why as the room seemed to be fairly new remodel and no odor from construction type materials, just this heavy cleaners, deodorizer type smell. Got over it and we enjoyed the stay. Has refrigerator and microwave so, you could store a little food or leftovers and reheat.”

“The carpets were filthy, the hotel was loud and there were transient people hanging out all around the building, it felt very unsafe and we checked out a day early. We are hoping they will refund the last night that we did not stay since it was so bad.”
