“This home had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a long weekend by the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, the yard has a swing and lots of birds, and the fire pit made the nights sooo relaxing. The property is a short walk away from the local campground- we rented a pontoon from them and had a great time on the lake. This place is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. 100 stars!!! ”

“Property was as described. Clean, comfortable, and a relaxing getaway. The swing was great to sit in by the water and the fishing was great! Catfish, blue gills, perch, and bass - we even caught a turtle and a bull frog! We will be back for sure. Host was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Jeff was so great with communication and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our time. The house was cute and had everything we needed. We definitely had a full house with 2 adults and 6 kids but the space was enough and we had no complaints. ”

“We thoroughly enjoy our mid-week stay on Big Barbee, with a small group of friends & family. We rented a pontoon from Socks Marina, for early morning fishing at Barbee & Irish Lake. The local restaurants were within walking distance. Thank you so much!”
