“They made my room available extremely early the day of check-in. The room was wonderful and comfortable. Ordered room service and received a delicious chicken sandwich and fries, piping hot. There was a mistake on my folio which they corrected immediately. I left my earbuds in the safe and they quickly located those and had a link for me to request the return label. All in all it was a wonderful state. The location is great with lots of restaurants in the area. There was even a farmer's market...

“It is apparent this hotel is under new management and undergoing renovations. All good. Upgrades to the bathroom should include towel bars, grab bars in the shower for safety. I suggest that the TP holder be placed beside the toilet instead of behind it for an easier reach.”

“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“What I didn't like was not enough staff to support the amount of people in the lounge bar area for ordering food. Drinks were excellent, bartender give him a 5 star for service. Didn't like manager asked decorations be removed after initially it was ok to bring them. I did find in my room the shower door handle was not firmly tightened. Could be a hazard as they are very heavy glass doors.”

“Manny, at the reception desk, was professional and resourceful. My only grip with this hotel was that I booked a King Suite for the hot tub, but the hot tub was dirty and I couldn't use it.”
