“This was my first time staying at an Aloft hotel. This is a very modern place to stay and felt very up to date. Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not running but the front desk staff had it swapped out quickly. It wasn't a big deal for us but convenient that they were able to help with that as quickly as they did. We stayed at the Aloft in the winter, I would like to revisit during a busy season. “Check in was great. Fast and easy. Room was clean. One negative was the TV kept freezing up. We unplugged it to rest and it still was feeezjng. Tried to watch a movie and couldn’t cause it would freeze every few minutes for about 2 minutes. SO annoying ”
