“The location of this hotel is easy to access by walk from the cable car station and also ship tour. The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! “We had an excellent relaxing visit in Hakone at the Prince Hotel. The Japanese bath is exceptionally beautiful, has an outdoor tub from which the sunrise over the mountains can be seen. We enjoyed the extensive breakfasts- don't pass them up. We don't golf or play tennis, but used this resort setting as a base for sightseeing and hiking the region's mountain trails.”

“We stayed at this ryokan for 2 days, and we really like it, especial the onsen and the lady was introduce us to the room, and service us the dinner and breakfast, I forgot to ask her name, we like her so much, we hope she have a good health and happy in her life and her job, we will come back to visit her later. “Staying here was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and special experience. The breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious and allowed us to try a variety of Japanese dishes. It's a lot of food so come to each meal hungry. All the staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. “We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”
