“This has been the hotel of choice for 3 years in a row. However, on the most recent visit, the hotel seems to have took a turn for the worse. I will start with the lobby- the “leather” on the chairs was peeling & the sofas need a good shampooing. The TV’s in the sitting area were not working (sound, but no picture). The elevators were slow due to children playing on them. The door to our room was difficult to open. A roach was crawling on the TV stand. The check-in staff was very friendly. The...

“Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … ”
