“Outside banner stated new however the rooms looked like they haven’t been touched in years”

“Staff was very accommodating, the room left something’s to be desired tho. Beds, tables and all that was newer and clean, the shower and toilet could use some updating along with the doors and their hardware. But it’s an older building in a very humid area and the room rate fit in my budget so I can’t complain. These are just things I noticed during my stay.”

“Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”

“Comfortable property. Heating system for home could use balancing. Main bedroom was harder to heat than kitchen and front bedrooms. ”
