“Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!”

“Rooms needs really to be renovated. Dirty walls and carpet. The bathroom sink had a crack in the middle. Smell of humidity and yellowed hupholstery in the bathroom It is a pity since the hotel it a piece of history and it has beautiful inside gardens.”

“The location was great ... far enough from congestion but close enough to walk if needed. Night food markets down the street. Good variety at breakfast. Only issue was room cleaning was before 10am. ”

“I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future.”

“Nice hotel to spend a night, conveniently located near the airport. However, the room that was assigned to us was extremely hot (last floor), so we had to choose between having the noisy AC unit on all night or sweating and being hot all night. Also, the room was very noisy, as it was located near some type of engine that made a plus noise all night (no, not the AC) and it made it hard to sleep even with earplugs on. suggestion: get a luggage scale available to guests. ”
