“The property was clean, the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. My only complaint is that I only stayed there one night and they charged me for two. This is because they have a two night minimum. This was graduation for the local college, I don’t understand why there is a room day requirement when so many people are just trying to find accommodations while attending their children’s graduation.”

“This is a traditional hunting & fishing lodge environment. Nothing fancy for sure, but it's clean and neat. Fine for a short term stay. No amenities. Half the price of the hotels closer to downtown.”

“The lodge is probably a great place for people heading out fishing. If this is not your case I would look elsewhere .the rooms were comfortable but very basic. There were no screens on the windows, so you couldn't get any fresh air. The cleaning products they use have such a strong odor it turned my stomach. The toilet backed up the second day. At least it was quiet.”

Said place was booked but didn’t see one other person anywhere around. We’ve stayed there about three times but no change. thinking it would get better. Did not happen!”

“The perfect stay in nature, as much modern comfort as you could need. The Cabins for both sleeping and the bathroom stay toasty even when it's freezing outside, and the eating area is well managed to minimize bugs. Kevin (the host), makes himself scarce retaining that sense of privacy. But don't let him, as he's excellent company and one of the most helpful people you'll ever meet.
