“My bed had bed bugs. Told the staff, she laughed. I did not ask to change rooms. I was checked out the next day. I sleep on the top sheet”

“We only stayed overnight, but the room was very clean, the hotel itself had an odor, but overall, it was a nice place. ”

“Staff were very good. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. A/c efficient. A bit of wear evident, but all in all a good place.”

“Stanza molto piccola, la metà rispetto al classico standard US. Pulita, ma veramente di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione asettica. Tutto confezionato in bustine di plastica. Tutto sommato ok, ma niente di impressionante. Staff gentile e buona palestra. ”

“Room card key repeatedly did not work on exercise room. Wifi sign in and security issues and ended up not using at all. From second floor room only one emergency fire exit stairwell at one extreme end of building Good breakfast buffet. Excellent mexican/cajun restaurant next door. ”

“quiet pet friendly could be a little cleaner. The room smelled like humidity until you turned on the AC then it stopped, but that was an unpleasant welcome. Parking lot is very small.”

“This hotel is horrible and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and needs to be removed from Expedia immediately. I went to check in and reviewed room and canceled and asked for a refund immediately and left.”

“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“I got the room for two nights but the beds was to hard we check out early. I let the front desk know and all she could say was " well most people like hard beds" didnt try to make it rite just said its after check out so i got to charge you for a full day . The trash out side was over filled. Asked about the pool they said no cause something about the motor but the next day someone told us that there was clearer in the pool. I dont believe we will staying here again. ”
