“One of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. This is an older hotel. It seems like it was renovated in the last 5-7 years. Spartan decoration. Extremely spacious. Very decent bed. Great view to the water from our room even though it wasn't one of the directly beach-facing ones. The stairs (only way up and down) are a bit odd. - nice location
- clean linens and carpet
- nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay.
Everything else:
Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating."
Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was...

“First time staying here, will not be the last. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful! The room was excellent, did have a view of the beach. Nice shower, many places the shower is an afterthought. Bed was very comfortable. The fridge was ice cold! Loved the coffee! It was a chilly weekend so being able to get fresh hot drinks was very important! Overall Great Place!”

“This is a cheap motel that happens to be on the beach. The elevator smelled like urine, there was NO hot water at all, the doors were rusted, and when I tried to communicate about the hot water the hotel manager nor Expedia did much to resolve. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“Wow!!!! Let me say this place was amazing. Part of me wants to keep this gem to myself but I would not do that. Peaceful, clean, relaxing, perfect. The pool area is beautiful…. Sitting on our deck listening to the waterfall was soothing to the soul. The bed…. Was so comfortable I could have stayed there all day. They have top of the line bbq grills which were impressive. Corn hole and horseshoes was a nice touch. The grounds were well kept.”
