“Front desk assistant Dianna was lovely, helpful and very friendly. The room was renovated and clean (though the bathroom was not renovated). The room was great, but the outside of the hotel was dilapidated and I believe was housing homeless. It didn’t seem very safe in the parking lot area and there were people smoking pot all around the property.”

“The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. ”
