“We weren’t sure about this hotel because of the rating but this is a perfect example of the rating not being right… The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room than I chose on Hotels.com. “Overall, my stay was good. Staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. My only issue was a live roach in the bathroom that came out of the bathtub drain and a dead one in the mini fridge. I did not have any issues with bugs during my previous stay about 2 months ago.”
