“The hotel is just in front of the beach, which is good. Unfortunately the hotel is old, the rooms and bathrooms need to be refreshed. I was there in the beginning of June, and the room was humid and I freezed all night long. Not a pleaseant stay.”

“The coach house rooms are quite small and rather dated. The room I stayed in ( number 6) had a piece of flooring that if it was not for the fitted carpet/underlay I swear I’d have fallen through. The shower was in the eves of the room which meant for a 6’1” man I am the shower head was around shoulder height… also being that tall I could see the cistern had not been wiped over for a long while. “We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. When the room costs £500 per night this is totally outrageous. The hotel was empty so it would have been a nice gesture to offer a 1pm checkout given at most high end hotels 12pm is standard. Very...
