“The manager was super helpful really great check-in however, the room was not clean and there were roaches. The neighbor played loud music all night and there were people in and out of the room. I asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The upside was it was a comfortable bed.”

“We paid $300 for the night because there was an event in town and we literally couldn’t find a place to stay anywhere else. Although the gentleman in the lobby was nice, this place was a hot mess express. Addicts in vans were slowly driving around the parking lot, looked like they were casing the area. Our room had cockroaches, including one squished on the wall in the bathroom that no one had bothered to clean up. We had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors seemed to not have been...
